This is one of at least a dozen+ blogs that I have about Kennesaw and all of them are pretty much out of service as I have been gone from K for just over 3 yrs, after 15 years living there.  

So with the passage of time I have posted less and less.  The site 'may' now and then have another post but it is pretty much off my radar scope these days.  So take a look, you might find something of interest, I see that several folks come back repeatedly and are probably disappointed to find nothing new here.  Thanks for looking in -

This will be the 6th restaurant that I know of in this poor location.  Hope they make a go of it.  The Doghouse lasted for 1 year and 10 months.  Their opening was Sept 2016 closing July 24th.

The new restaurant owners will be Maribel Victoria and Michelle Gonzalez of 649 Phlox, Acworth, Ga 30101. 

Hours Starting October 2, 2018

Note:  They will be closed on TUESDAY

  Disappointed in our visit to  "Columbian Bites, the restaurant that has taken over Kennesaw Dog House. The Sodas were flat, food came out piecemeal and order wasn't correct. The chicken arepas was extremely bland and the chili cheese fries were barely warm and tasted stale. The empanada were disappointing as the texture of the filling was pasty and pretty much flavorless. At over $24 for 2 it was an expensive disappointment.

Hello loyal customers,   We want to inform you that Kennesaw Dog House will be permanently closed starting July 24, 2018.
Since, many of you know, new owners are taking over and they will be turning this place into a Colombian Fast Food Restaurant starting Wednesday July 25, 2018.

This restaurant replaced 'On A Roll' which replaced T.J. Bryan's and before that it was called The Boxcar Cheesecake Cafe.

It has not been a great location for restaurants, hopefully this one will last longer.
